1. Acceptance

By using Thodds Arcade you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. Game tokens ("quarters")

Quarters are virtual game tokens with no cash value. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money or any tangible good. All sales are final. There are no cash prizes or rewards of monetary value.

3. Accounts

You may play anonymously. An account (email + magic link) is required to purchase quarters or appear on leaderboards. You are responsible for your account security.

4. Prohibited conduct

Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to manipulate scores or balances. Don't use the service for anything illegal.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA.
